If you have insurance benefits, as a courtesy to you, we will submit your claims for you. We will work with your insurance provider to maximize your benefits. We strongly recommend that you verify your insurance coverage before your visit. Each employer has their own benefit package for insurance that can vary widely and can change from year to year. All patients are financially responsible for their accounts.

How often should I visit the dentist?
Most patients should visit the dentist every six months for routine cleanings and preventive care, although treatment recommendations may vary based on individual needs.
It’s been a long time since I’ve visited the dentist. What do I need to do?
You’re not alone! Whether it’s been 6 months or 6 years, it’s never too late to get back into the routine. At New Fairfield Dental, we will first schedule you to have a thorough and educational exam appointment with one of our dentists. Take advantage of our experience! We’re here to help!
What can I expect during a routine dental cleaning and dental exam?
What if I have a dental emergency?
A dental emergency is any type of oral health issue that requires immediate attention and treatment. If you experience a dental emergency, you may notice symptoms such as: severe tooth pain, tooth pain that gets progressively worse, swelling of the face or gums, a loose or knocked-out tooth, a cracked or broken tooth, a loose or misplaced dental restoration. At New Fairfield Dental we keep some time slots open each day specifically for emergency cases. If you have a dental emergency, call our office as soon as possible.
Our office is 24/7, if you have a dental emergency after-hours, one of our dentists are on call to address your needs.
